Governance Series – Preparing the Family Business for Succession

Dubai Centre for Family Businesses cordially invites you to join us for the upcoming session to discuss family business continuity/succession planning. The session will feature Mr. Vladislav Burda, President of ReadHead Family Corporation, exploring his family business journey and key lessons learned. The session will be facilitated by Dr. Joseph Astrachan, a leading Family Business expert with more than 30 years of experience in the field. During this session Dr. Astrachan will also facilitate a workshop on “Succession Planning Strategies & Tools” with interactive exercises and case studies.
