Who are we?
The Hatta Traders Council was recently established by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and Chairman of the Executive Council Dubai, to support the implementation of the Hatta Master Development Plan. This plan is based on the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
The Council, operating under the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, aims to support entrepreneurs; develop trade, investment, and tourism in Hatta; transform the area into a leading destination that attracts projects and drives sustainable development and growth; support young businessmen and entrepreneurs in Hatta through the exchange of expertise and joint coordination, in addition to activate the council’s role in connecting entrepreneurs and the government.

Our Strategic Priorities
- Supporting entrepreneurs and traders in Hatta to take advantage of the upcoming opportunities and enhance youth development
- Developing an integrated environment for entrepreneurs, sharing resources, and enhancing the exchange of experiences between them
- Highlighting Hatta merchants, introducing their success stories and transferring knowledge from experienced merchants to their new counterparts
- Activating the council’s role in connecting entrepreneurs and the government, to develop the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Dubai
