UAE has recently issued the E-Commerce Law, which came into force at the end of September 2023. This webinar will focus on the nature and the scope of work of the new law, highlight the rights and obligations on sellers and buyers, and provide insights on different aspects of the law.

David Yates
David leads the regional Digital & Data practice at Al Tamimi & Company. David provides clients with a range of solutions including technology acquisition and governance, digital transformation, intellectual property commercialization and governance.
He also specializes in advising on data commercialization and transactions; data protection, privacy and enforcement; and digital commerce legal advice and solutions.
