About the Event

UAE has recently issued the E-Commerce Law, which came into force at the end of September 2023. This webinar will focus on the nature and the scope of work of the new law, highlight the rights and obligations on sellers and buyers, and provide insights on different aspects of the law.

David has re-joined Al Tamimi & Company from Corrs Chambers Westgarth where he brings extensive practical experience and commercial insight.
