James Dunne heads our Trademarks and Brand Protection practice in Dubai and has over 10 years’ experience in intellectual property law in the United Kingdom, Australia and the Middle East. He has practised in Dubai since 2014.
His practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property with a particular focus on trademarks and brand protection. He has extensive experience in brand counselling; trade mark portfolio management; trade mark clearance, prosecution and enforcement across the Middle East and internationally.
