About the Event

The Federal Decree Law No. 32 of 2021 on Commercial Companies introduced a number of vibrant changes to the commercial landscape of the UAE which enable greater flexibility to companies.

This half day workshop will highlight the most significant changes introduced by the New Commercial Companies Law, which came into effect on 2nd January 2022.

Practicing since 2012, Tyne specializes in corporate law and related DIFC litigation and arbitration. He has worked on all types of cases including freezing orders, construction disputes, and acting for numerous banking institutions for the recovery of funds in terms of facility agreements. He also works on corporate related work including due diligences, drafting and review of agreements and advising on corporate structuring.
