Shraddha has over 8 years of experience in advising local (India based) and multinationals clients on Indian income-tax laws, international tax and exchange control regulations. Her scope of work included advising the clients on routine business transactions, corporate restructuring, tax due diligence, strategic tax planning and inbound / outbound investment strategies, assisting in income-tax assessment (tax litigation management) and assisting the clients in undertaking compliances related to the Indian income-tax and exchange control regulations.
Shraddha relocated to Dubai in 2022, previously working for other Big 4 firm where she gained extensive knowledge on international and corporate taxation.
