Rita is a highly experienced corporate and commercial law specialist with experience in the UAE and wider MENA region. She advises clients on corporate and commercial law including in relation to national and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and franchising. Rita regularly advises clients on regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
Wayne Anthony
Senior Director - FTI Consulting
Wayne Anthony is a member of of FTI Consulting’s Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice, based in Dubai. He is a qualified chartered accountant with over 30 years’ accounting experience including audit and forensic accounting assignments on behalf of UK and foreign corporates, government departments and regulators.

Lesleigh Groos is a Senior Director at FTI Consulting based in Dubai. She supports the financial crime compliance, investigations and business intelligence teams for the MENA region.
