Ben is a Partner in Clyde & Co’s MEA Corporate team, and has worked for Clyde & Co in Dubai since 2008. He specialises in foreign direct investment, advising clients on expansion into, and operations in, countries throughout the Middle East. Ben advises on the establishment and structuring of new entities and group restructuring, often in a cross border context. He has a detailed knowledge of the legal, regulatory and practical environment in which businesses operate in the region and also advises clients on a range of commercial and compliance issues, including data protection, consumer protection and customs. Ben has drafted and negotiated numerous commercial agreements.

Adrian is a Partner in Clyde & Co’s Middle East Banking & Finance / Tax group with experience in local and international banking & finance transactions having been in the region for 10 years. His main focus of work is acting on corporate banking transactions including development finance, acquisition finance (bilateral and syndicated) in connection with mergers, takeovers and re-financings, acting for both lenders and borrowers. Adrian has extensive experience advising on VAT matters across the GCC and is listed in Chambers & Partners as a Consummate Client Relationship Partner and Sound Banking Lawyer.

Katy is a corporate lawyer with experience in a broad range of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity investments. She has acted for a broad range of clients including investors and investee companies, sellers and targets in a broad range of industries and public sector government entities. In addition to transactional matters. Katy has a keen interest in corporate advisory work and has advised a broad range of clients in all aspects of corporate governance. She is qualified as a solicitor and notary public in Scotland.
