Dubai, UAE: The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted at its premises on Sunday the second lecture of the Dubai International Holy Quran Award (DIHQA) which was delivered by Sheikh Sulaiman Al Jubailan.

The award, currently in its 21st edition, is sponsored by Dubai Chamber and held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice-President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai. It attracts hundreds of participants from all parts of the world and strengthens Dubai’s position as a destination for serving Islam.

H.E. Hamad Buamim, President and CEO of Dubai Chamber, explained that the Chamber’s support for the award stems from its influential approach to encouraging younger generations to memorise the Holy Quran, pointing out that the award familiarises them with the principles of the Islamic religion, culture and identity.
