- Submitting the requested certificate, letter or other services including the required document through Dubai Chamber website
- Reviewing the validity of data and documents
- Online payment after receiving the approval
- Enable to download and printing the document

E-certificates and letters “to whom it may concern and letters of recommendation and definition”: a request from the company signed by the authorised signatory at the Chamber and stamped.
