About the Event

This webinar will examine key issues of the UAE Bankruptcy Law (Federal Decree Law No. 9 of 2016, as amended). The Law has gone through number of amendments in the last few years including Federal Decree Laws No. 23 of 2019, No. 21 of 2020, and, most recently, No. 35 of 2021.

This webinar will provide the participants with the latest developments and current processes under the Bankruptcy Law.
