The first of its kind in the region, the Dubai Chamber Business Mentoring and Support (BMS) program was launched in 2020. It is designed to help SMEs in Dubai navigate new challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, by pairing them with large corporations that can offer support and mentorship where needed.
By working with senior expert leaders from successful large organizations, SMEs can learn from their skills and expertise to gain fresh perspectives on managing the challenges posed by COVID 19 and beyond. Larger organizations benefit too by contributing to the wider Dubai business community whilst fulfilling on their CSR strategy commitments.
Aim, Vision, Mission
The aim of the program is to create a platform that enables SMEs to access knowledge, skills, experience and support whilst also giving large organizations the opportunity to deliver on their strategic CSR commitments.
The vision of the program is to establish an ecosystem where SMEs have access to mentoring and support from larger organizations to help meet their business needs to thrive as a business. This will in turn facilitate a culture where successful companies mentor and support smaller businesses whilst also deepening stakeholder relationships across the Dubai business community.
The mission of the program is to form continuous relationships between SMEs and larger organizations where knowledge, skills, expertise and support is shared.
