About the Workshop

In this half day workshop, participants will explore the various stages in the life cycle of mergers and acquisitions from the initial expression of interest, to assessing the target, concluding the transaction documents and managing the relationship with the various shareholders.

• Planning for a successful transaction and navigating the initial non-binding phase;
• Understanding the key areas and common concerns of mergers and acquisitions;
• Structuring and examining key issues in the share purchase and investment agreement;
• Setting the foundations and managing the relationship through shareholders’ agreement.
