Licensing & Registration Services

Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry is the licensing arm of the Dubai Association Centre. There are a number of requirements that must be fulfilled in order to register under DAC. For a list of these requirements, please read the Association Registration Requirements document.

Once all the necessary documents have been submitted to Dubai Chamber, the licensing process will take an estimated 4-6 weeks however; please note that this may take longer should any additional information be requested.

Once your association has been successfully registered under DAC, Dubai Chamber is pleased to offer you the below additional benefits and services:

Serviced Office Package and Rates

The Dubai Association Centre is located in the historic Sheikh Rashid Tower at the centrally located Dubai World Trade Centre.

Sheikh Rashid Tower

While the skyline now boasts taller buildings, Dubai’s first skyscraper maintains its status as an important regional and international hub.

Formerly Trade Centre Tower, the first property opened for business in 1979. In fact, the iconic Sheikh Rashid Tower even adorns the Dirham 100 note—a fitting tribute to the city’s incredible financial growth and the role Dubai World Trade Centre has played in its success.

Current tenants include FedEx, General Motors, Lufthansa, UOP Honeywell, IIR Middle East, MCI and the Japanese, Turkish and Swiss Consulates.

The Dubai Association Centre is located on Level 7 in Sheikh Rashid Tower. The rental rate is AED 220 per sq. ft. per annum and the Centre offers numerous furnished office options ranging from 195 – 420 sq. ft. and accommodating anything from one to five desks.

The services offered within the serviced office packages are:

  • Furnished office suite
  • Membership of the private World Trade Club on the 33rd Floor
  • Services charges and utility charges
  • Reception and message taking services available from 8.00am to 5.00pm Sunday to Thursday
  • 24 hour security and access to individual office with personal key
  • Water, air-conditioning, lighting, power and full maintenance
  • Daily housekeeping services
  • Conference room
  • Provision of telephone, incorporating main reception number and private IDD lines in each office and telefax
  • Collection and distribution of incoming mail and fax
  • Access to photocopying, binding and shredding facilities

DBE’s team consists of 15 professionals with highly specialized knowledge about Dubai who offers free and impartial advice, guidance and support to international business event organizers in planning international meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions in the Emirate.

DBE offers a full spectrum of convention and event planning services. There is no charge for the services and you have full control over how much involvement you want or need.
