The Economic Research Department consists of Data Management center, Economic Research and One Stop Shop Information Center. It is entrusted with providing accurate economic data and sound information about various economic sectors, markets and trade patterns. The department is a vital part of Dubai Chamber; it monitors the economic developments, international trade, tracks the changes in the price of consumer goods and services by producing Consumer Price Index (CPI), and prompts all stakeholders to benefit from these services.

Data Management Centre: Data management centre forms an indispensable part of the services provided by Dubai Chamber as it imparts well-documented information and up-to-date economic data and disseminates the findings of reliable studies in different economic sectors. It also monitors the economic trends and developments of Consumer Price Index (CPI), which is regularly passed on to all concerned.

Economic Research Division: The Economic Research Division adheres to scientific methods while conducting research and formulating economic recommendations mostly relevant for business advocacy and the development of business performance as the business community can use these to sharpen focus on their strategies. The research results are published in the form of books, reports, periodical economic bulletins, newspapers, magazines and through the Chamber’s website can be quite handy for all stakeholders.

One Stop Shop Information Center: Provides members and non-members with economic information and statistics on recent economic development to assist them take accurate business decisions.
