To Amend the Certificate of Origin online, please follow these steps:

1. Go to www.dubaichamber.com
2. Click on Member login
3. Enter your User Name and Password
4. Once you are logged-in, click on  ”Create Service Request” then “Certificate Of Origin”
5. Please select your Payment Method:
   1. If your company has a deposit account with DCCI,  select “Advance for Services”
   2. If you prefer paying by cash, select “Walking Payment(Cash)”
6. Under Service Summary Click on , near the Service Type, and a new page will pop up with a list
7. Select Problem Type: Chose the first row: Amendment of COO
8. Click on Select. The system will now take you back to the main page.(The Service Type now should look like this: “Amendment of COO”)
9. Click on Next
10. Below  “Certificate Of Origin” you should see an empty box near the  COO Number
11. Click on  and a new page will pop up with a list
12. Select your Request Number from this list then click on Select
13. The  “COO Number” box should now be automatically filled with the  COO Number
14. Read carefully all the information on this page and do all the necessary corrections
15. Press Submit
16. A warning pup up window will ask you to confirm your entered data.
17. Click the OK button
18. A message like this will appear on the main page:  “Confirmation: Service  Request Created: xxxxxx-Amendement Of COO”.
19. Please save the Service Request number and bring it with you when you visit the Chamber.
