One such policy is job sharing and part time employment where female employees are allowed to choose shorter working hours and have their pay adjusted to allow them more time to continue their family commitments after maternity.

Maternity leave was reviewed and extended from 45 to 60 days. In addition, the Chamber adopts an equal pay and benefits policy whereby women employees are entitled to the same wages and benefits that male employees get including medical coverage for spouse and children, educational allowance, annual leave tickets and sponsorship fees.
