Not only that but participation level rose as well with 135 employees out of 150 completing 2008 survey while 161 employees out of 202 completing the last survey. This demonstrated that employees felt that their voice was indeed being heard.

Following the survey, the HR and Excellence department conduct roadshows to present the results and corrective action plans with employees in the presence of their directors and allow an open dialogue between employees to discuss issues raised. In addition, the Director General also discusses the detailed survey results with each department director to address bottlenecks if any.
