Reward and recognition framework through which employees are recognized for exceptional performance

Women have their share in the organization’s policies and several initiatives have been launched to ensure that women are supported to continue their careers and also balance their family commitments with work.

In its effort to ensure that employees’ voices are heard, the Chamber runs an employee satisfaction survey every year to monitor staff satisfaction levels and address any issues raised. During 2008 the overall satisfaction of employees rose tremendously from 60% to 82% which continued to be constant in 2009.

The Chamber establishes itself as a Learning Organization through continuous coaching and self-development (through internal and external means) at all levels.

The Chamber offers a competitive medical benefits package raising the caps for all employees and also adding maternity benefits for junior employees.
