As a responsible employer, the Chamber ensures that it meets all requirements of the appropriate environmental legislations and employees are encouraged to reduce the consumption of materials in all operations, to re-use rather than discard wherever possible, and to promote recycling and the use of recycled products. Employees are also continuously educated and trained to act in a responsible manner with regards to environmental issues whether in the workplace or outside.
