| The Chamber boasts a diverse culture of 27 nationalities. This has contributed to creating a highly innovative multicultural employee base. Whilst priority is given to UAE Nationals, the Chamber management has decided that nationalization should not exceed 50% in order to maintain a healthy distribution of nationalities.
Women represent 50 % of the workforce. The Chamber also has a clear policy to provide equal employment opportunity for jobseekers with special needs (physical and mental disability) which represents 2%. Hiring is monitored closely to ensure proportional representation in gender and nationality in all departments and occupations. |
